Saturday 3/1: Sweat Lodge Ceremony @ 10:30am 

Please bring a potluck item for a community meal (in the Nest) on Saturday after our lodge.

 I would love to have some help preparing our lodge. This will likely happen on Friday during the day (depending on weather), with some additional ceremony prep happening on Saturday morning. There is much that happens to prepare before everyone arrives, and it would be wonderful to share some of these teachings with you.

If anyone would like to stay overnight (Friday, Saturday, or both) there is currently space in the nest or (possibly) the yurt. Please email me to confirm space. Mettabee asks that we bring our own bedding. Donations for overnight space can be given directly to Mettabee in the farm store box ($35-40/night).
