Equinox Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

Reset the systems with a gentle flow and restorative yoga practice accompanied by vibrational healing sounds.  The Spring Equinox provides a seasonal backdrop for an exploration of equanimity in the body and heart as we emerge into the fertile times of the year. This special workshop will use gentle movement as well as fully supported restorative postures accessible to all levels.  Sound healing from Lev Natan will be brought in the form of many different instruments including tuning forks, steel drums, didjeridoo, mouth harps and more. *This event replaces Community Yoga with Rachel Haley 3/20.

About Lev: Lev Natan is certified as an Integrative Sound and Music Practitioner through The New York Open Center's Sound & Music Institute.  He utilizes sound healing to create a safe and creative space for his clients to access the deeper intelligence and creative imagination that’s necessary to effectively navigate life, relationships, career, and health in these times of change.  A musician his whole life, Lev awakened to the healing power of sound through spiritual and musical traditions from cultures around the world, including the Chasidic Tradition of Judaism, spiritual traditions of Brazil and Peru, Tuvan Throat Singing, and Native American spiritual traditions.
